Account details (name, email, phone), property details you submit, enquiries and requirements you post, and usage data (pages viewed, searches, device/browser). Sellers may submit KYC documents for verification.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace — show listings, connect buyers and sellers, verify sellers, personalise recommendations, send service messages and (with your consent) updates. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

When you submit an enquiry or requirement, your contact details are shared with the relevant seller/agent so they can respond. We use trusted processors (hosting, email, SMS, payments) bound by confidentiality. We may disclose information where required by law.

Your choices

You can update notification preferences, request access to or deletion of your data, and opt out of marketing at any time by writing to support@propertesy.com.
